"Melinda Iannone may be good for other, as another review states. I didn’t feel welcome as a client. I visited her for red color and style & she did color my hair and another client’s appointment was about to start, so I was left with half styled hair. I do have slightly thick hair but nothing I can’t do myself in 15 minutes. I still tipped her generously after this and wanted to book another time to give her a chance. I reached out to her on two platforms for advice on how to book next time so she would have extra time, and she hasn’t responded to me for 3 days that she’s been in business. Tell me anyone else that would’ve tipped their stylists 20% on top of being half styled.. if she doesn’t want clients, I guess she doesn’t want them."

"I went to Erica Eason for balayge highlights and not only did she color my hair the exact way I asked her not to, but she also left me with a visible line across the back of my hair. When I mentioned it to her, she told me “we will fix it at your next appointment” which was still a month away at the time. Then the day before my appointment she canceled on me and said she would reach out with dates to make another appointment ASAP. After a week or so, I hadn’t heard back from her and she had been posting about how she had February appointments available, so I messaged her saying I was assuming she wasn’t going to reach out to me to book another appointment, which she opened and never responded to. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, especially after you mess up a customer’s hair."

"I absolutely cannot recommend Stacie Cooke in Loft 27 more! She is so sweet, and gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten! I am totally in love, and I will definitely go back the next time I need a cut. The loft itself is a beautiful and relaxing space. Stacie helped me find a flattering style that works for my hair texture (very fine). I heard nothing but rave reviews from my friends (whose hair looks amazing after she cut it) and Stacie did not disappoint!"
