"I'm a new mom with virtually no free time. I certainly lack the bandwidth to schedule a hair cut in advance. :D I recently found myself in the same shopping center as this Great Clips location with thirty minutes free, so I wandered in for a quick cut. Amira took me straight to her chair. She was so kind, fun to chat with, really listened to what I wanted/needed in a style, and made it happen. This is one of the best cuts I've had in a really long time and I really enjoyed chatting with her too! I can't believe I got a great haircut for under $20 and I didn't have to make an appointment!"

"I went here with my son on Veterans Day. The lovely lady who cut my hair, Bonnie, was the absolute best! She introduced herself and went to give me a hand shake( never experienced while getting haircuts)That showed great professionalism to start! Then she engaged in great conversation with me, which is rare. Usually I get one word/statements here and there. The usual stuff. But she delivered excellent conversation! And the best part, she actually did an amazing job with my haircut, I couldn’t help but compliment her the whole time! Not gonna lie, usually someone cuts it all meh and I leave and go to a different store to get it fixed. But she did it flawless! My wife loves it, I love it, no meh hair cut, great conversation, Bonnie is the bomb! If you go to this location, ask for her! No regrets I promise!! Thank you Bonnie!"

"Stylist didn't ask any questions and cut my hair too short. Will go back to Great Clips but not to that person All my other haircuts have been good. Not this one. UPDATED: Manager reached out & offered complimentary redo. Had to wait for my hair to grow out enough to get it, but redo by my former stylist who works at a different location was excellent. I will go out of my way to go to her location now! Upgrading from a 1-star to a 3 star because of the good communication from manager in responding & resolving this & for my former stylist fixing the bad haircut."

"Beware of stylist Tiffany. I told her I wanted just a trim as it was my son's wedding this weekend. She got to work and was spraying not just my hair but also my face and eyes with water. In very little time she was undoing the drape and wanted me to hold the mirror. I wiped my eyes and face from all the water, put on my glasses, only to find my head scalped and 4-5" of my hair on the floor. When I questioned her about hearing me about a trim and a wedding, she hurried me to the register, charged me $8 for a $19.99 haircut and rushed me out the door with short, wet hair. Never even got an apology. I ran a few errands while I cried. Then I went back and asked for the manager. I explained to her what happened. She apologized and said there were others... this wasn't Tiffany's first complaint. Why hadn't she been fired? The manager wanted to know what she could do. All I could think of was refund the $8 and tell me where to buy a wig. (What else can you do when your hair is gone?) I got the $8. Big whoop. The beauty salon had black, blond, red, grey wigs (plus pink, blue, etc), but no light brown. And they had very little in shoulder length. They didn't give help and so I left them still feeling bald. If it wasn't my son's wedding, I would have let it go. Hair grows and I know Great Clips is just a cheap joint. (It's all we've been able to afford and I don't know what else is even available.) But now I'm embarrassed to go to the wedding."
