"Cool eclectic bar! We stopped by during the day for a few beers, but haven't checked out any bands yet due to having an 18 month old. Once she's a little older and we have a baby sitter, we'll be back to check it out!"
"It has been almost 4 years since I had been here. I didn’t have a bad experience the last time I was here it’s just not an area I frequent. Lots of my friends talk about how amazing this place was. Showed up on a Wednesday not knowing what to expect. It was Harry Potter Trivia night which was cool, they had specials to go with it. I ordered their food special which was “broccoli and cheese soup” it was basically a broccoli puree with a chunk of cheese dropped in while it cooked in the microwave, I asked for napkins because I’m visually impaired and tend to need a few more, I watched the bartender walk to the kitchen and the come back empty handed and they never acknowledged me again. Their drink special was a butter beer cocktail. The drink was fine. Nothing amazing. When the bill came I did not expect it to be over $20 for an appetizer sized bowl of whatever and a weak cocktail. I guess deep down my soul knew why I never came back. It just took 4 years for my body and mind to catch up. I’m sure their regulars love them, but I doubt I’ll be back."
"This place is a really neat, old, basement bar and eatery. We weren’t really here to drink, but to eat. Good burgers. Good everything really. Cool ambiance. Their homemade chips were excellent. It seemed like a local hangout. Our food was delicious. We were there on a Friday night. Luckily we got our food and finished eating just in time. A DJ was setting up to start about 9pm and there were plenty of people coming to hang out. Big venue for a bar. Lots of selection. I’d gladly eat here again. The only “knock” on this place is that it’s dark in here. To see our menus we had to use the lights on our phones. I mean, you can see to eat and walking around is no problem, it’s just not bright enough to read."
"Pretty cool find off the beaten path. It's not high end but it was good. On this night we had a few drinks and Caesar Salad and Chicken Pot Pie. Both were pretty good. I think a server may have not come into work but I don't like to ding a place as it seems hard to staff restaurants lately. Good experience overall."
"We truly enjoyed hanging out here during our visit to Greenville. We were looking for a place to have a quick cocktail after visiting the falls. We ended up hanging out for two hours and then found our way back that same evening to enjoy the nightlife and sounds of the DJ on Friday night. The food was delicious… the drinks generous. I forgot to take a picture of the fish and chips because we were starved. The buttery chicken was scrumptious. Disappointed they were out of the starving artist but it gives us a reason to come back next year and do it all again… thank you for the hospitality and great memories…"
