"charged $350 and hair lasted only 1 wash. lot of broken , poofy & burnt hairs. didn't ever see any such issue with other salons, ended up using this one as my previous salon moved. i suspect she used relaxer instead of keratin but wouldn't admit else hair last several months. will not recommend"
