"I overall had a good experience, my only issue is I asked the guy to kind of thin out my nails because they are too thick. I don’t think he completely understood what I was saying. I love this nail salon I’m just used to having Michael do my nails . I wish he could’ve thinned my nails out a bit more."

"I frequently visit this location but was sad when my awesome techs left this location. I attempted to try a new guy but he cut my skin on two fingers with a file and made me bleed. I had to stop my dip manicure before he did any other harm. Then they still charged me a partial fee for taking down my previous dip nails from two weeks ago. After I paid I told them I hope it was worth it. Smh"

"I made an appointment but arrived really early and they were very accommodating. The salon's dedication to building long-term relationships with clients is admirable. My nail tech does a great job, is quick, professional and particular about their work! I love getting my nails done at Lavish nails spa ! Amazing manicure for today."

"If you want a quick polish then this is your place. If you want to relax and have some me time, don’t bother. I don’t get much time to myself with a seven month old so I was really looking forward to being able to do something nice for myself. I was really so disappointed by the service. I wanted a mani and pedi. Only got the pedi, no one asked about the mani that was set up on my appointment and at that point I didn’t want to give them anymore money. The lady that did my pedicure totally faked pushing back my cuticles. And painted over them. She put the scrub on just the top of my shins, didn’t rub it around, and washed it off. The same with the wax and lotion. She didn’t even rub the lotion in! No massage. It was over before I even realized that that was it! And it wasn’t just who I got, my sister and mom got the same treatment. I hate how so many nail salons rush you. On a positive note, it was hygienic. All the tools came out of the sterile packs. And the salon itself looked nice."
