"I've been going to Lee Spa Nails for a year now. Kim does my nails and Faye does my pedicures. Kim does an amazing job on my nails using dip powder - they look natural and aren't too thick. I also appreciate that I'm in and out on my lunch break. Faye gives a great massage and always remembers to ask about my mom. Love that I've found my new home for nails."

"Went there yesterday and the man who did it did great in shape but when he was done they had rough spots and they looked horrible so he “fixed” them…. Ummmmm they look horrible so I called today for a refund and the rude lady which I knew it was said “we can fix them but we don’t refund” I said I don’t want y’all touching my nails I want a refund and she stated no. So now I’m going to my bank to dispute. This place is horrible. They charged me $48!!!!!!! For this????? Like they looks horrible. Horrible service and the fact the woman didn’t care is so sad. And top of it he made me bleed so let’s hope I don’t get an infection! Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

"I'm very disappointed in Lee Spa Nails! I use to be a loyal customer, but not anymore. I went to this salon on March 16, 2023 at 6PM. I got a French tip gel fill in, which cost me $50. It took about an hour and a half for the technician to finish, so by then it was 7:30PM; past closing time. It was obvious by this time everyone was rushing and ready to go; one of the employers grabbed my purse, reached in, and took my card out so I could pay. Once I paid and left, I finally had time to examine my nails and I didn't like the French tips, the tips do not look natural to me, so the next day; first thing in the morning, I go back to the salon and ask Kim to fix them, but Kim tries to charge me an additional $15. I do not recommend this salon because they lack good customer service skills and the quality of the work is not equivalent to the pricing."
