"I asked for the “basic” pedicure. For $35 I should have got at least everything that is listed. I had to asked him as he started painting my nails if he was going to clean under my nails and do cuticle work. I got no message at all. Didn’t even put my flip flops on so I didn’t mess up my nails. The entire pedicure took about 15 minutes. He sat looking at his phone while I had to wait for the rest of my party to be done with theirs. I have never not given a tip until now. I felt bad but not as bad as my pedicure."

"Absolutely horrible experience I have now been to their facility three times in total the first time being with this horrible paint job, my friend came from Michigan for the holidays and we went here to do our nails as they appeared to be a high end nail salon. I couldn't have been more wrong, they spoke very rudely with both my friend and I they rushed our services did not give us what we asked for and had the nerve to charge for a design which looked like a child had done it. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE anyone from even wasting there time and money. From check in to completion we were in and out in only 23 min anyone who has had their nails done anywhere knows this was a speed service over priced at a total of $76.00. I could've done a better job from home but I choose to go for the experience and quality. My friend left a review immediately after we were told we could come back to have it fixed. I came back and was told by a male staff member they were closed an hour before the hours posted. There were other individuals getting their nails done when I walked in and their were two employees sitting. I then posted another review and was told to come in at anytime. I came in today and told the female at the check in I was here to have my nails corrected she asked me who did it I told her I did not know but she could perhaps find it with my number and that the owner said I could come in. She told me the owner was out of town and that I would have to come back. This is truly they worst customer service I have ever seen and had in my life. I want a refund and no longer wish to have anything to do with such a horribly ran business please steer clear. I will be giving my business elsewhere."

"$76 FOR BAD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE My fiance had an old friend fly in from MI. Bella did a rush job for a premium price. The manager responded to our first Google review and claimed they would redo her nails. My fiance came in today, Sunday at 4:00PM in attempt to get her nails fixed, and a man claimed they were closed and told her to go away (there were people inside getting their nails done and employees just sitting around). Garbage place, STAY AWAY. This place is all flash and low quality. Go to Nail Envy instead."

"The Good - nice, clean, beautiful salon. Good air filtration system (no bad smell). Techs were cordial, but not friendly. They were able to accommodate 3 people last minute with no problem. Care for your health and safety. The Bad - The techs weren’t very well trained. We got mani pedis, no gel just polish. It was sloppy work. No curing. Nails took hours (6 plus) to dry so naturally they got messed up. They texted that they were sorry to hear we were less than satisfied and that they would make it right. Never happened. We don’t recommend this salon."

"Beautiful nails! I am from out of town visiting family and was recommended this salon. I got in quickly and I asked for pink and white ombre acrylic nails. Annie took me right to her station and created my nails exactly like I wanted. Excellent customer service and very professional. This would he my regular salon if I lived here. Thank you!"
