"My mom got there at 11 and they didn’t really paid attention to her she waited for awhile before they attended her the lady doing her feet cut her cuticles made her bleed and when she said something they did apologize but then burn her with the hot water when it was time to pay she asked for some sort of discount since all of that happen to her and the girl said they can’t do that . not once the owner asked her if she was okay ."

"Dishonest and shabby work. Brought my 9 year old daughter in today on her birthday for a full acrylic set with gel color. The technician used colored acrylic instead, which is not what was requested. My child also has cuts on her cuticles and on the sides of her fingers and is still bleeding even after the service. Not child friendly, and they do what ever they feel, not what is requested. Lesson learned. I suppose it being a slow day is why the service for a 9yr old was upgraded. Fool me once shame on me. Not to mention this is the most basic set of nails with the most terrible shaping I’ve ever seen. Thanks for nothing. They charged 50 for this foolishness."
