"Purchased a deep conditioner I use regularly. When I washed my hair the next day I immediately noticed the seal was missing and that two different products were mixed together inside the conditioner container. The products were two different colors and had an awful smell. I called the store and the guy told me to bring it back in. He didn't offer any explanation for the obvious switched product and he charged me $1.61 for the conditioner (that was sealed) that I exchanged it for. No accountability and overcharging me for the exchange (even though I wasted time & gas coming back over) just feels slimy and distrustful. I will buy my hair products some place else."

Only reason I gave a 4 star is because their prices are quite high compared to what you can find online, and the no return/exchange policy. However, I would still patronize them because of convenience and excellent service!"
