"I was looking for a hair salon near me that I could go to every 2 weeks to get my hair done and I saw that this one was close to me. So I booked an appointment on style seat to get a protein treatment, it says it had Wednesday available for 10:00am, so I booked that. A few minutes later I'm getting a notification saying that the owner canceled my appointment. I guess I'm just have to take my business to another salon."

"Ok, so I never even got to receive her services. She got two stars because If you’ve seen her page her work looks great and she looks like she keeps her clients happy!! I booked back on April 12th but unfortunately had to rebook because I was sick. The next rebooking that worked for me was June 10th. I went to check the price of the booking and noticed it was moved to July 29th and the time consistency was also changed. I didn’t receive a message notification or anything that this happened, I only saw because I opened the app to double check the price. I had planned to check in with her and let her know that the timing did not work for me although she obviously should’ve notified me by text or call and confirmed the date before changing it. I got a reminder text the day of the appt. and called her to discuss it with her and reschedule my appt for the last time. She accused me of cancelling and rebooking with her SEVERAL times when I’ve only rebooked with her ONCE. There was a clear mishap on their end for not notifying me of the appt change. I’m unsure what exactly happened. Which is ok. I just thought the way this was handled was a little unprofessional. Hopefully I can rebook again in the future and give her another shot."

I have never felt comfortable wearing my natural hair out, even when it was straightened until I started coming to her for my hair maintenance.
