"This is my favorite stop in Gatlinburg! I have tried the cinnamon bread, many donuts, cinnamon rolls, apple pillows, cookies, and coffees. Everything is absolutely amazing. The blueberry donut is the best I have ever had! This place is cash only so keep that in mind. I have always had and amazing experience with the employees in the past 3 years I have visited. I am a longtime customer and highly recommend it! The line can sometimes be long, but you are in downtown Gatlinburg so you should expect it. They now have a sign posted for when you can expect the most popular items to be ready in the morning! I definitely recommend calling if there is something specific you are interested in!"

"My husband went and picked up donuts and coffee for our family this morning and everything was so delicious! All of the donuts were fresh and smelled amazing. My caramel latte was excellent- as a mom I rely on caffeine to fuel my day lol We are on vacation from Florida for our second time here in Gatlinburg. "We visited this place for the first time and definitely will be back. Donuts, we're great and fresh. Now the place is very tiny. They only take cash, they have an ATM machine, and if you use it, they give you a free fountain drink."

"What a great addition to The Villlage Shops! Before anything, very important tip I wish I knew:  yes, it is cash only...BUT...there is an ATM inside (in May we passed it by because the ATM at our hotel wasn't working).  We visited a second time in October with CASH IN HAND (yes, I took out cash specifically for this in NY!!!) only to find the ATM inside.  I can't speak for now, but Oct 23' they had a sign over the machine offering a FREE cup of coffee if you need to use it (to cover the withdrawl fee). Now to the donuts, they were really delicious! They are made fresh in shop and have a nice selection of flavors.  Make sure to get there early (open at 5am) to get your choice.  We went around 10am and did not have much of a selection as they were busy.  We ordered the cinnamon twist, white cream pillow(i recommend this one for those with a real sweet tooth), cake donut, and a coconut... We were not disappointed though!  The latte I ordered was good, you can add flavored syrups to it as well! By the way, they have upstairs seating and a few spots outside during the warmer days."

"I can't begin to tell you how addictive their donuts are. I can't stop eating them. As my wife is sleeping in our hotel room at 1:10 am, I'm in the bathroom eating my sixth donut and trying not to wake her up. There're that freaking good and the people were so nice. Thankful they don't accept credit cards or I would have bought more."
