"Cowboy Way was opened in 1995 when the mall was just 17 years old and over the years expanded to take up 7 different stations in the mall to accommodate all of the amazing products. When I walked in the store the smell of fresh leather overtook me. It was amazing. I explored the store for about 30 minutes before deciding to buy two beautiful beaver fur Stetson Hats. Kenny explained that the beaver fur they’re made of is a natural water repellant and that these hats last for a lifetime. He also helped me find the perfect size and explained every detail about the hats before steaming and boxing them up. It was a great experience, and the customer service I received here was just wonderful. Coming back very soon for a nice pair of cowboy boots!"
