"I was running 23 minutes behind, i asked to please make sure the dr wasnt im a rush because i had Ve TRAUMA with dentists... specially with this one tooth that has been through a gum surgery WITH infection (meaning i felt all the pain in the world) and THREE root canals.. 2 of them being extra painful & more traumatizing due to the infection... So from this tooth extraction my experience was HORRIBLE. The dr just wanted to get the job done... like thats it... He Seemed really busy, annoyed with me in a big rush. in the middle of my numbing he seemed upset that i said it hurt a bit. ( he only put three little shots of anestesia) So after i was crying with pain he put more anesthesia and waited impatiently looking at his watch. Not that good of a listener... talks around quite a bit without much clarity. When it was time to pay i was told a certain amount and that it, and now a month later i get a new bill with more hundredths of dollars i have to pay... and the amount is one i would have rather paid for another surgeon. I give this place ONE star because the staff was nice and for the free follow up visit in which the dentist was actually patient and for the antibiotics that were prescribed to prevent infection."

"Nearly painless removal of two upper wisdom teeth. All questions were completely answered. The front desk staff is helpful, communicate clearly, really want to help you; they are compassionate and skilled at their jobs. The assisting nurse gave clear instructions and expectations. Dr Englehardt was calming, willing to answer any question and although it was not necessary in my case, said I could call after hours if I had any issues and HE would call me back. My assessment is Dr. Englehardt and his staff go beyond to make sure you have the best outcome."

"Best Oral Surgeon ever!! I had three extractions, 2 where impacted wisdom teeth, and one molar. Dr. Vande Berg's office staff was extremely nice and helpful in everyway. The nurse was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. Upon meeting Dr. Vande Berg, he was very nice, had a good "bed side" demeanor and took the time to educated me on everything that was going on inside my teeth and what problems the teeth were causing. He also explained the entire surgery and what to expect after. Upon arriving for my surgery, I was nervous but he and his nurse walked me through the entire experience and even made me laugh to help relax me. This office is extremely thorough and I will continue to return if needed due to having such a great and positive experience there. I would recommend anyone who needs oral surgery to go to this office. As a bonus, the front office was very helpful in processing my insurance."
