Jasmine was awesome throughout the whole endeavor answering all my questions, checking on me throughout the whole ordeal, honest with me, and just an absolute doll to be around. "Positive dentists and hygienists are great. Negative... good luck trying to see them. Appointments are constantly changed or canceled. I have lost days of work from them canceling last minute or not leaving messages about canceled appointments. When I do get to actually see the dentist I wait 30-40 mins in chair before I actually see them . So expect an hour visit will be 1 or 2 hours. They also cannot explain bills." Yes you owe a bill. I don't know what it's for. Call your insurance then call us and tell us what charge is for " actual conversation held with them about what I owed after my appointment was done. Same day, checking out... oh by the way you have a mystery bill can you pay it even though we have no idea what it's for ? And this was the second time they told me this .. call your insurance find out why you owe us then call us back. I am shocked they are still in business. Good luck if you go there you need it. That and patience."

"Sitting in their parking lot writing this. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4:00 pm today and I was called last week to move it to 4:30. I pulled up at 4:35 and the doors were locked. Granted, I was late. No call no courtesy time or grace period at all. On top of now have driven from Garner to Cary and this is the second visit because the first visit in August when I came my appointment was at 6:00 pm and I left at 8:00 pm and still hadn’t been seen that’s the reason for todays visit. Poor service. Terrible."
