"We took our little one to see Dr. Jordan for his first dental appointment. I was initially nervous because I did not think that my toddler would enjoy going to the dentist but Dr. Jordan is excellent with kids. When he sung “The Wheels on the Bus” he won my toddler over. My toddler had a great first experience at the dentist. Excited for my other little one to also have this experience. We will be back in 6 months."

"I would like to share my recent experience at this facility. My kid needed some crown work done back in July, 2023. At Consultation: They scheduled a consultation to check and explain the procedure needed to address the issue. We discussed the possible option to move forward with the procedure and was presented with an estimate of how much it is going to cost. While presenting this estimate the staff mentioned that my actual cost for the procedure could be higher/lower and they will need 48 hours to verify with my insurance company and provide me with the final number. Once agreed they can go ahead and perform the procedure. After 48hours - On Procedure Day 1 and 2: The complete procedure took place in 2 different appointments. Before each procedure, they present me another document with the final numbers of how much it will cost me. The staff presented with a good news that most of it is covered and here are the final numbers which has been verified by their team and my insurance. The procedure was completed successfully, and I paid the outstanding bill per their provided document before I left the facility. Few months Later: After few months (Oct/Nov/Dec), I received an outstanding bill of $594.50. This bill will not have any breakdown of any sort and the number used on the billing statement was out-of-service for your convenience. Now this is going to get very interesting. So, I called the office location and asked them, what is this bill about and why am I receiving this bill? As far as I recall, you verified everything with my insurance, and I cleared the payment on the day of procedure. Office failed to answer and had no details of how we are seeing this bill of $594.50. Later, my question was forwarded to their “Practice Manager”. Never heard back for ~2 weeks and called back again. Another email reminder was sent as a reminder. Never heard back again. So, called back to their office and another reminder was sent. Finally, got the call from their “Practice Manager”. I asked her why I was seeing this bill? Everything was verified by you with the insurance company. I asked, shouldn’t this be your responsibility if you have falsely presented incorrect information before the procedure? She had no good answer and had very low confidence in her words. She was not even sure if we were in-network or out-of-network. Conclusion: The numbers were not verified accurately with the insurance and falsely represented before procedure. Additionally, they failed to take responsibility for it and offered me a payment plan instead. In summary, 1. Procedure cost before verifying with insurance = $503.00 2. Procedure 1 + 2 cost after their team verifying with insurance = $103.00 3. Later total bill I must pay was $103.00 (paid on procedure date) + $594.50 (outstanding bill) = $697.50 Key Takeaways: 1. The numbers presented to you after 48-hours which their team verifies with the insurance, may not be accurate. So, don’t be surprised later. 2. If you receive the bills later with higher figures, they will fail to accept responsibility and will not honor the insurance verified estimate they showed before they perform procedure. 3. Every document they make you sign (even after if their teams verify with insurance) will have a little disclaimer at the bottom basically saying patient is responsible for any additional fees. So that they are off the hook and you are stuck with the bill. Thank you for taking the time to read this review. Hopefully, this will help you make a better decision in the future. Rest assured; my concern is not the bill itself but the way it was falsely presented."
"This is by far the best pediatric dentistry in the Area. We had an amazing experience from the start. The receptionist had great patience when we called to set up the appointment. My daughter was able to be seen the next day. Both doctor and hygienist were very sweet and patient with my daughter. The office is clean and have books and toys to keep your little one busy while waiting. They also answered all the questions and concerns I had. We will definitely recommend this place."
"On Saturday night, my son had a bad fall and ended up with damaged teeth. He had one front tooth pushed back and the other front tooth completely broken off. I picked it up and put it in a glass of milk in the fridge. I tried to find a dentist who would accept pediatric patients on a weekend but was unable. I called Carolina Orthodontics and Children’s Dentistry on Monday morning because of all the good reviews and I am So Thankful that I did! Dr Jenna and her staff were Fabulous!! They put my son at ease and answered all of our questions. They took the time to make sure that my son was comfortable and he did not have any pain. We left the office in under an hour with his smile back in place-and mine, too! The office for dentistry has moved into a brand new space downstairs and it was clean and fresh. The staff were all so sweet and helpful! I would Highly recommend them!"
