"I’ve been going here since late 2019 for a number of different services throughout the years. Never once have I been disappointed. I’ve been going to Katie for the last year and half every couple of months and she is so easy to talk to and knocks my hair out of the park every time. This last time we tried something slightly different and I have never loved my hair more. Yes- the process isn’t necessarily quick nor is it the cheapest route you can go, but you pay for QUALITY. I have to emphasize if you want it done right you don’t want the easiest, quickest option. I always feel so confident leaving Posh and my hair feels and smells so good lol. Would recommend! Also- it was raining the day I took that picture (my most recent appointment) and my hair frizzes slightly with moisture. It was even smoother before stepping out into the elements."

"I was pretty excited to book an appointment at Posh Salon, but things took a disappointing turn. When I called to ask for help in figuring out which service to go for (because their website had a bunch of options I wasn't familiar with), the person on the phone was kinda rude. They basically told me to figure it out myself online before calling them, which felt pretty unwelcoming. Anyway, after spending time navigating their website and finally booking an appointment, I got hit with a rejection. They just said, "book another appointment," without explaining what went wrong. I mean, seriously? I thought booking a simple nail spa appointment wouldn't be this complicated. The whole thing took way longer than it should have and ended with me not being able to secure a spot. It's a shame because I was looking forward to trying their services, but the poor management and unfriendly customer service made me think twice. I believe how a business treats its customers matters a lot, and this experience just didn't sit right with me. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere, hoping for a more welcoming and helpful experience. If you're thinking about giving Posh salon a shot, just be aware that the booking process might not be as smooth as you'd hope. Good luck!"

"I got a blow-dry from Crystal for a wedding shower & wedding and she did an amazing job! They were able to squeeze me in last minute after I was unable to go to a different salon due to flight delays. Everyone at the salon was super friendly and the space is very beautiful. Crystal asked me what I wanted and I told her something that would look nice for two days and maybe curly, and she did beautiful curls that did stay well for both of my events! I would come here again anytime I visit NC and need to have my hair done :)"

"I had an absolutely amazing experience here! This was my first full blown hair experience, and I'm so happy I went to Posh for it. I had Tyler and he was incredibly friendly and sweet, and did a great job making sure he took care of everything I wanted. I've always had really long hair, and he did a great job of shortening it up a few inches (checking in with my constantly to make sure it was what I wanted) while also giving me layers to add some volume. Another girl came over to braid my hair after he had cut and curled it so it was styled for the day, and she was a sweetie as well. You guys make me want to come back to NC just for the amazing VIP treatment! Thank you so much :)"
