"I have taken my children to this office for years. It has gotten so unprofessional. A few months ago was the very first time I actually met Getta and I was very displeased. She handled my son (9 yr old) so roughly we had to leave. He had a filling that needed to be completed and when it came time to numb him she jabbed the needle in his mouth. My son when it panick and said he got an instant headache. We got out of there because no one was concerned but me. That is not the first time I’ve had an experience like such where the dentist was rough. They have very poor communication and the front desk staff gets worse and worse. They told me today because my appointment wasn’t canceled within 48 hours I’ll have to pay a $90 fee. Keep in mind the appointment is on Tuesday and the office is closed Sat-Mon. The receptionist said I should have left a vm. I said I didn’t even call once I saw the office was closed and why doesn’t anyone mention that when the appointment is made. She said it’s been our policy for years. I said I do not cancel appointments last minute so I wouldn’t know. In done with this place.Dr. Wiist is the BEST! If you do go make sure to request him. I could go on and on about this place but I just don’t have the time. Good luck!"

"This office was seeing adults as well as children and I'd been coming here for years as a child before I moved out of state. Last experience was horrible - came in for a routine checkup to discuss some issues; a dead bottom tooth, severely chipped molar, and a cleaning. I let the nurse know about these, she nodded and left. When the doctor (Perkins I believe) came in he peeked around in my mouth for a few minutes before saying "we can't help you here" and recommended a specialist. My teeth were not cleaned. They charged my insurance (and me) to look in my mouth for maybe a total of 6 minutes without actually doing anything, and sent me on my way. The cherry on top is that even though it's been 3 years since this incident, they still send me a $25 bill due for this "cleaning" they never performed, and whenever I call to ask what the bill is for, they can never give me a straight answer... On the bill itself it doesn't state what I'm being billed for, no cleaning was performed, I basically wasted 2 and a half hours of my time. And they continue to waste their own time and well over $25 printing, hand signing the envelope, stamping, and sending me a bill for 3 years straight that they are well aware I am not going to pay."

"I absolutely love our dentist office. I have been bringing my 6 and 8 year old since they were 1 and 3. My kids enjoy coming here so much due to their reward system. They have never once cried over any procedure or teeth cleaning. Growing up, I had horrible experience with my pediatric dentist. We go every 6 months and over the last 6 years I can’t name 1 bad moment we have ever had! Love this place so much!"
