"I’m so disturb to even be making this post I have spent plenty of money with them doing me and my daughter hair but they refuse to wash it after I request a wash since I’m not their they decide to try to braid her hair dirty I’ll never be going here again it makes no sense how ppl try to get over on they loyal customers they did the same exact thing last time I walked in and they was combing the dirt out her hair instead of washing and I requested both times u can’t braid dirty hair . They good braids but when it comes to keeping your hair healthy this is not the place to come to"

"Bad experience. I went for my starter locs 7 weeks ago and just this morning for my first retwist. The first visit was not very good, as I didn't quite get the style I wanted. She spent the whole time on the phone,so there wasn't really any communication. She used too much product and it caused a huge amount of buildup in my hair. So I decided to try and be specific about how I didn't want so much product in my hair to begin my 2nd visit. Her response wasn't ideal, but she finally agreed. From that point, the tone went from silence to outright rude and disrespectful as I was leaving. I got home to discover that my twists were extremely loose in the back of my head. But thankfully I have clips at my home and was able to fix her shoddy work. I can't go back there, nor can I recommend anyone else to go. Completely unprofessional."

"Omg! The worst experience I ever had at a salon. The only thing I wanted was 2 braids and couldn’t at least get that right. For one she kept her cellphone in her ear the whole entire time. So I had to hear her talk in her language in my ear the entire time. So unprofessional. Then had all her kids at the shop, the shop was already nasty toys in the floor, a baby crawling all over the place. Now let’s talk about the worst for me, my hair. She asked how did I want my braids I told her and I told her to leave a little baby hair out. When she braided my hair she didn’t put any gel or edge control or nothing in my hair. I guess she probably used some kind of jam in my hair, I wanted it to stay braided not come a loose a lot of my own hair showing in the braid. She took out baby hair on one side, the other side she didn’t take any out. When she thought she was finish with me I said are you gonna fix my baby hair. She goes, oh you still want baby hair. Yes because that’s what I asked for. She didnt use edge control she used some kind of jam, I’m just hurt that my hair was done with no care. I came home & tried to put gel on it, but it’s to late to try & fix. I wish I didn’t have to give any star because she don’t deserve one, maybe from people she pick & choose from."

"I believe I spoke with the owner but I called first thing in the morning and she worked me in. When I arrived I was greeted and didn’t mind waiting for someone to become free. She gave me updates on how much longer I would wait (which wasn’t long at all). Everyone was VERY professional, kind and motivated, which made me feel comfortable while in their establishment. Everyone wore a mask and hand sanitizer was available, if needed. Overall, my experience was excellent and my tribal braids turned out great. Thank you for you service, I will be returning!"
