"We’ve had issues with secondary teeth not forming correcting, so now they are coming in with flaws. Dr. Brooks has been excellent at explaining what is known (not much) and the best way for us to proceed. Dr. Brooks makes sure to explain everything he is doing during treatment in terms my child can understand so there’s no fear. The staff is amazing, from the dental team, who are all incredible not just with my child but also with me being nervous about her procedures. They have a little prize area that is fantastic, so it ends the visit with good fun. My child has adapted nicely to the fillings, no issues at all and the office calls to follow up and make sure everything is going well. Also, I appreciate how much effort Denise takes to explain how they interact with insurance and what may or may not be covered. Overall from check in through treatment to billing, it’s a wonderful team and experience."
"We had a wonderful experience at Preston Corners! They treated both of our boys (age 3 and age 1) with gentle care and respect. We were nervous for our oldest, as it was his first experience at the dentist, but with the help of the amazing staff, they helped put him at ease and he loved the whole experience! Our youngest had a bit of a rough time, but they still did wonderful taking care of him. We will definitely be going back!"
