"After having a really bad experience with a woman that cut my kids' hair really bad, Jenniffer, the General Manager contacted me and very kindly offer to fix my kids' haircut, she made me a second appointment for when I was available and when we went back she was super kind, very understanding, she apologized for what happened before with the other lady and cut my kids' hair really well!!! of course we didn't pay any extra money and she even gave them candy. The place is great, very confortable and if you're going to make any appointments choose Jennifer or Lisa, she is also great. =)"

"Horrible kids cuts. We've gone twice because this location is across the street from us. The first time the cut was OK but definitely far from some of the good ones my 6 year old son has had. This 2nd time though, if I didn't know he just had his hair cut I wouldn't be able to tell. It's not clean, it's uneven and they can't do fades apparently because "their clippers don't go that low". Do yourself and your son's a favor... go somewhere else."
