"They were super sweet and got me in immediately as a walk in. However, this does not make up for how bad my nails looked when I left. I had a pedicure because I am unable to cut or do mine without them looking awful. They convinced me to let them do my nails too because I had tried and had gel polish everywhere around my nail. I 100% had done as well on my own before she touched them. My toes once I took a closer look are the same as well. Polish all under my nails and around them on the skin. I hope you can see just how bad of a job it was. Paid $80 to leave in no better shape than when I came in. To top it off a cockroach crawled out from under a cart when she moved it. She saw it as well and it didn’t seem to affect her at all. The place looks very clean but I would say I am extremely disgusted when I see something like that. Will never go back nor would I at all recommend. They were nice is why I gave them two stars."
