"This is a lovely salon with easy parking and lots of nifty one-of-a-kind shops nearby. Tina Joy Craven cuts my hair there, or should I say she makes be beautiful! The care and attention she gives is beyond just a haircut, it contributes to my well-being."

"I loved the calming atmosphere of this place. Sarah's card said she was a "blossoming stylist," but I believe she is already in full bloom. I have very wild, bushy hair and her gentle and detailed focus made it look gorgina and soft after my cut/dry. I typically hate getting hair cuts because it always looks more chaotic afterward, but I am so happy with this cut and will definitely be back with Sarah!"

"Absolutely do not come here. Warning, long review: I cannot express how devastated I am. I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I received the absolute worst haircut of my life here 2 days ago from the owner, Katy. I asked for a haircut, shaping up the face framing I already had and adding a few layers to the back. What I got was my entire head chopped beyond repair. It looks like my hair was run over by a lawnmower and then a 4 year old chopped it with kitchen scissors. I should have known things were not going to go well when Katy was rushing around and running behind. She didn’t not seem organized at all. She rushed through my haircut but I trusted her, thinking she’s the owner surely she knows what she is doing, my grave mistake. My hair was very long, thick, and beautiful. I did not let Katy attempt to fix my hair, I wouldn’t let that woman touch my head again for any amount of money. I will say, she refunded my 60 dollars (she was very very rude about it and not apologetic AT ALL) but my hair is ruined beyond repair. It will probably take over a year for my hair to grow back. I have no idea what to even do. I have spent the past two days crying my eyes out. I feel so ugly and the haircut is so bad it almost feels like Katy did it on purpose because how in the world is it possible to cut someone’s hair so badly? I really don’t know but please, please if you are reading this and considering coming here, don’t. Save yourself from a similar fate. I am very disappointed by the owner's comments. I did not leave any additional reviews, only this one. I would never leave a review that was false, my haircut was at 2 pm on Thursday, November 10th. Additionally, I did not voice my concerns at the salon because I was so overwhelmed and embarrassed and did not have time to fully comprehend the haircut until I got home. Please let the hostility of her response to me speak volumes."

"I have been going to Rishi Salon for several years on a monthly basis for hair color and cuts. I have also had several Brazilian hair straightening treatments. I usually see Megan, who is fabulous, but have also seen other stylists when Megan is not available. The Rishi staff are very professional, and have been flexible when I've had to cancel to reschedule. I have been very happy with my services at Rishi, and recommend checking them out if you're looking for a new stylist."
