"It's not that I want to leave negative review but sometimes to share frustration and disappointment in a company's workmanship. To begin I need to say that the work done on my truck was about 2 years ago. The first thing I noticed was how poorly the leather/ vinyl was tearing on my driver's seat which was completely refurbished. I noticed the tears and went to his shop showed one of the workers the issue, he took pictures but I never heard back. I went a second time and still only the workmen was there and again never heard back. No long after I noticed the rear of the seat torn. I would expect the body of the seat was recovered with leather and the rest of the seat covered with cheep vinyl or just cheep thin leather. This 1 seat cost me 850.00 I believe. The windshield replacement and head liner all good. The interior was completely removed to search for a leak that caused all the carpet to be removed which was washed and reinstalled and I believe the issue with the leak was resolved. A month ago I had taken out the floor mats and found just the drivers side pretty wet. I left the mat out for a week to dry things out. Today I checked again and again just the drivers side was soaked so I went further into investigation by pulling up the carpet and everything under was soaked. As I looked things over in and out I adventurely found a 3/8" hole that at one tome had a fastner which held down the cable wires under the plastic cover. I find this to be a lack of properly replacing all removed parts. So in writing all this please inspect all work the best you can and when dealing with leather make sure your getting your monies worth. My vehicle is a 2005 Chevy Silverado"

"Every once in a very long time, you happen to meet people who turn out to be the “salt of the earth” type. But when I took my 2018 truck to Petersons and met the owner Mike, I was introduced to the most talented mechanic I’ve ever hired. I liked him immediately. The interior of my F150 got an upgrade from the old factory cloth that wears terribly for someone in my line of work to full leather made by Katzkin that I purchased on eBay. It now looks brand new, all thanks to Mike and his talented employees. They truly care about what they do, and their prices are better than most. Mike takes the time to give advice for maintenance, he treated my truck as if it were his own. He corrected some foam issues the factory got wrong, cleaned my seatbelts, even polished the glass on my truck and shampooed the carpets. Unbelievable. These are type of folks you want to invite over your house for a barbecue, or drop in on them time to time to see how they are doing. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else. All in all, an excellent experience, 5 solid well deserved stars. Thank you Mike!"

"2008 Acura MDX chairs came out AMAZING! Originally worn down to the foam. Warm & Friendly people with amazing prices. Other places quoted much more almost double than Peterson's. Will be back to get more work for sure!"

"I was referred to Peterson Auto Trim by a person who thought this business would be an excellent choice for a repair that I needed. However, upon arriving at this organization and when I drove up to the company there was a man working on the outside, I spoke and asked for the person I was referred to. The gentleman called a woman to the front. She advised me it would be a few minutes and she would be back to speak with me. However, that never happen. She never come back to offer me any service and neither one of the two people were friendly, respectful or professional. After standing in the sun for 15 minutes, I was never offered anything nor was the guy friendly at all. He did not apologize for the wait or did he try to assist me with anything as well. I most definitely felt uncomfortable and knew this type of treatment did not deserve my time or money. I would not send a dog to a disrespectful, unprofessional business like Peterson Auto Trim. They are very rude and disrespectful & unprofessional. Do not go to this location."

"I visited this shop recently to have the driver’s seat of my Lexus SUV redesigned / reupholstered due to ongoing back pain / sciatica. I was DELIGHTED with the outcome! The quality of their work more than exceeded my expectations. The people are pleasant and professional. The price was fair. My seat is MUCH more comfortable now. I could not recommend more highly. Truly great overall experience. No complaints."
