"I cannot express how amazing this dental office is! Everyone is so nice and understanding. I went and had some cavities filled by a temporary doctor and after leaving I was experiencing a lot of pain. I called them and they went out of their way to come in after hours to make sure I was taken care of as I was leaving town that night. Chasity and Dr. Brace did an outstanding job fixing the issue I was having. They made me feel so welcomed and cared for. I can’t thank them enough! The next day chasity personally called and texted me to make sure I was still doing okay and even checked to make sure I had safe travels. "After getting a crown done here, food and floss kept getting stuck. After telling the dentist this, she said I needed to floss differently. After more complaints, they took pictures, which they charged me for. They said it was because there was a crack on the tooth next to it, which was perfectly fine prior to having the crown done. I decided to seek a second opinion. After taking one picture, the new dentist found that the crown this office made was defective. The crown had a gap in it and that was why food and floss were getting stuck. Why, did Kildaire Farm Dentistry not see the gap in the crown they made after all the pictures they took and charged me for? Ethically, they should’ve redone the crown. I feel deceived and cheated. I had to pay for a poorly made crown, another crown for the tooth next to it that cracked, I had to come back for subsequent appointments and pictures, and I have yet to figure out what to do about the defective crown because insurance won’t pay for a new crown when one was just put in! The only good thing that comes out of this is that I am now with a new dentist and she’s honest and did a great job capping that newly cracked tooth."
