"i went to get gel nail polish done but first i had to get my acrylic nails removed. she was being really aggressive and told me not to do it again cus it’s bad for my nails (as if i asked for her input on what i do with MY nails…) anyways, after trying to scrape off the acrylic she pulled out the nail drill and was not being cautious because she filed down to my real nail multiple times and obvi it hurt so i jumped when i felt that burn and she didn’t not seem to care at all (so much for telling me what’s bad for my nails.) i don’t remember what color i got but you could see how splotchy and rushed it was done like girl be fr."

"I am almost at a loss of words at this point. I am so very disappointed. I asked for acrylic nails with gel polish on top I wanted a full set, natural nude with white, medium length coffin shaped nail and with some rhinestones. This woman. Lord. Let’s just say I ended up with pearl white chrome. And some of my nails don’t even have the pearl chrome on them. I will post pictures. Five of my cuticles were nicked. The older lady is who did my nails and she wasn’t friendly. Ask for Christina if you do go here she seemed to know what she was doing and she was nice, yes she was very stressed out but she at least let her client walk out with gorgeous nails instead of these things that I ended up with. And I was still charged $58 dollars."

"I will never set foot in this place again. I’m a straight dude so a mani-pedi for me is about as basic as it gets. The lady made no attempt to communicate with me she just grabbed and tapped my feet and legs to get them where she wanted. There was no foot rub or calf massage. She scrubbed the callus on the ball of my foot and the un-calloused skin above it until I was bleeding, then she ignored all the other callouses. She refused to acknowledge that she had wounded me. She just kept wiping the blood away and looking out the front window, or turning her head 360 degrees to look at the fish tank behind her, while she was working on me! All so she could avoid looking at me. By the end of the treatment the foot bath was pink with my blood. After my service, my nails were dry, jagged and chipped, as if they had been chewed off and there was still dirt under them. She didn’t buff the nails at all and I had to insist that they put a clear coat on them because they were going to send me away dusty as a chalkboard eraser. The nail pictures were taken after I stopped the bleeding and tried to smooth out the edges. Spend your money elsewhere!"
