"This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I have been going since it opened and I’ll never go anywhere else. My nails never chip and never break! The price and experience is unbeatable!! I love all the staff, but Kevin and Tommy are so kind and I always look forward to seeing them! The chameleon flakes are my all time fav sns I’ve done! I always do SNS on my natural nails, and they thrive!"

"So my wife and I are visiting Charlotte for a formal birthday celebration on Saturday 11/18/23. So upon entering this Nail Spa and immediately we felt that we didn’t belong here. The vibe was so horrible and just the look we got and yes we are African Americans and this establishment look to be ran by Vietnamese. I’m very shocked considering back at home that’s who does our nails and they are so nice to us every time we visit. I know all of them by name and they treat us very well. Base off my observation I do not recommend coming here. I give it a 0 STAR. Will never visit this Spa again. This Nail spa located in Kannapolis"

"This by far was the worst experience, I’ve ever had at this place. My sister and I went to have mani and pedi done last Saturday. The pedi that we both had done, in which was the deluxe was over in about 15-20 mins. I also never had the foot massage and when my toe nails were cut diagonal. I hope that I don’t get ingrown toe nails again. Now my manicure and gel polish, all that was done was my nails were cut and then they added the gel polish that already looks like I need them re-done and already chipping."

"this was by far the worst experience i have ever had at this location. i have always had a great experience, and have always recommended this place to friends. my sister & i came in this morning, it was steady but not very busy. both women were extremely rushed during my pedicure & manicure. i asked for a deluxe pedicure, i was only in the chair for maybe 15 minutes- the website states a deluxe pedicure is 40 minutes. never got a foot massage, my feet are still rough, polish was left around my toes, unevenly cut nails, etc. now onto the manicure, i asked for a full set with gel polish, almond shape cut short due to work. every single one my the nails are lumpy, crooked, uneven and looks like i already need a fill in. the lady that did my full set was more concerned about her phone and what was going on around her than what she was doing to my hands. i left with a bleeding cuticle, acrylic around my nails & underneath my nails. at the end of the manicure, she placed the cuticle oil so sloppy & rushed it was actually dripping of my fingers. i paid $95 ($85 for service, $10 for tip) and i could not be more unhappy."

"I went on a Friday to get an acrylic w/ gel polish fill in and pedi w/ gel polish. That Saturday I noticed the polish on my thumb chipped. On Sunday.. I noticed two more nails chipped. So I made an appointment for Monday to get a polish change. I go Monday, get my polishh change… all is good. They were very sweet, did not charge me, my nails were great. By Monday night I was fixing my nose ring and felt something scratch, it was polish chipping AGAIN. Here we are on Wednesday and they’re just chipping even more! I do not do heavy or hard work, I don’t do anything that would cause this. I’ve never chipped nails before, not like this anyway. I love this salon, and I love their employees… idk what’s going on"
