"I added a star for the good customer service. However, I’m not sure what’s going on with maybe their pipes, but this was the second time I went in there and there was a foul smell. Like a plumbing issue. I had to also clean out dust and whatnot from the chair before I sat in it. I only came for a second time because I was texted a coupon. Like most, I come to get my nails done to relax and have a spa like treatment. Well, they don’t offer wine, soda, or mimosa. It was $65 for gel mani with chrome. No extension added to my nails. I had to leave this review because I have been to other places and got cat eye gel mani for $40 at the most and it lasted way longer. Well my $65 spent two days ago is already cracking and peeling. Maybe their gel polish is old…I dont know.. I just know the price was outrageous for how my nails look now & to not even have drinks or pleasant smell, geesh! Keep a door open or get an air purifier."

"Honestly Best Nail Place I have been to in North Carolina and most importantly Charlotte !! As someone who uses her hands in product shots I know I can always rely on Viva to fix something clean or cute up for me. The environment is clean and well maintained and the staff are personable and efficient!! I always recommend this place for those willing to make the drive to concord because no matter where in the city you are for these prices IT IS WORTH IT! I have recently been loving the chrome look and not only did Viva provide they exceeded the expectations with so many variations or shades and hues. I usually get SNS dip and I am guilty of wearing them past their due date since these babies are QUALITY. No peeling at the roots or popping off."

"Wendy is hands down the best when it comes to doing SNS dip nails. She is extremely detail oriented and takes extreme care in each step of the process. My last manicure lasted for 5 weeks and would have lasted longer if I didn't go the salon to get something new."
