The Children's Place

"I ordered some jeans from childrens place and they sent it through lasership and it was never delivered. I was home in my living room right in front of the door and no one came by at 7:30pm nor did my ring camera go off on my porch. I want a refund. I have already reported this to BBB to look into criminial acts with the employee of lasership and children’s place. Children's place needs to refund my money and make the complaint with lasership. Children Place will not resolve the issue. They are saying it's not their responsibility for the package to be delivered. That once it left the building its the shipping place responsibility. They will not refund me. They will not help me in anyway. Thank you, Alisa Compton-Hiatt"

"Went to go pick up my package after work and they were closed. Lights out, doors closed and locked at 8:03 pm. Not supposed to close until 9. At least that's what the sign on the door said and their hours on Google AND google maps say. No signs saying anything about an inconvenience or that they closed early because of being short-staffed or anything. It was a huge inconvenience for me as I don't get off early like that usually. I love children's place, but the mall location just put a sour taste in my mouth"

"Went in here to get my God son a shirt for Christmas pictures , the employees were watching me like a hawk and rushing me . When I proceeded to checkout , the girl at the register did Not hand me my receipt. The checkout person then told me there was no change . I told her "it's Christmas time , I need every coin" she paged the manager TWICE just for her to give me my change 'snootily' out of another register. I will not return!"

"Be careful on returns! The receipt says that you have 45 days to return the item but if they have already sold out of the item you can not get your money back, store credit or exchange it. Ridiculous system and the employees just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Sorry!" On one item I was allowed to exchange it for a different size and I purchased another shirt out of desperation. When they did the exchange transaction and the new purchase, they said they were not allowed to give me a receipt! What? I want my receipt to ensure you charged the right amount to my credit card. Crazy system! You have lost my business over these silly policies."
