From coming out multiple times to inspect the flooring (engineered wood and tile) that I removed to put in the LVP they were extremely helpful in understanding the process and making sure the new flooring would work. Bill, the installer, did a tremendous job in making things absolutely perfect during the install and taking the extra time to make sure the subfloor was properly prepped for the new flooring. "If you are considering new flooring for your home, do not overlook Carpet Smart! They have beautiful options for any type of flooring you are considering. We were looking for a waterproof option for our downstairs. Among the many products and color pallets Carpet Smart offers, we choose a vinyl 12×24" plank " tap and lock" product with an attached " Soft Silence" backing and an accent bevel which adds to its resemblance to stone, but unlike stone it is warm and comfortable to walk on. The tile is 20ml thick and has a lifetime warranty for home use. The price was amazingly reasonable, especially after shopping around and being offered 6ml product for 1.5 times Carpet Smart's prices. They offer many related installation services. Perhaps the nicest thing was working with a staff who was happy, upbeat, knowledgeable and always available. The installation team was proficient, friendly, energetic and helpful. Carpet Smart touched all the bases for us, do yourself a favor and check them out."

"We had Carpetsmart install hardwood flooring in our kitchen renovation. Jon (the owner) consulted with us and visited our home to offer suggestions etc. We decided with a mixed hardwood selection (different widths, types of hardwood etc) and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I installed the subfloor and then scheduled the installation of the hardwood, and then later, the team came back to sand and stain the floor. See photos.
