"Im so excited to leave this review. I can say with a fair degree of certainty that no one likes to deal with mechanical issues with their vehicle, especially when the repairs are expensive or the part is vital but on back order. But the guys in the Service department really went above and beyond for me, especially Michael B. These guys have been working on my wife's truck for one thing or another for almost 3 months. Now that's a while, but it is certainly not the fault of the Service Department that the parts are on back order. But what I know is the Service Department hung in there with me. They worked with me and GM in order to get all my issues resolved. While doing all this, they still provided a level of customer service that truly deserves praise and recognition. I just can not speak highly enough about the customer service, the extra steps they took, the follow-up, and the follow-through. Thank you, Hadwin-White, and a big Thank You to Michael in service for all the extra help and assistance with my situation."

My Service advisor was very friendly and tried and tried to go out of his way to help me. If I ever need good service with service advisors that I can trust and know they are there to help me, this is where I'll come. They're great at explaining how things work, both from a mechanical perspective and from a preventative maintenance side as well. Take care of your car right so it takes care of you.
