"Seemed like a nice place to stop until we went to checkout and the woman was not friendly at all and when we asked for boiled peanuts after smelling them boiling outside, she got a bag of boiled peanuts out of a refrigerator instead of fresh hot boiled peanuts. Never in my life have I been handed cold boiled peanuts out of a refrigerator at a place like this. We were too stunned to even say we didn’t want them if they were cold and not fresh and hot. I don’t know if she was just having a bad day or what the issue was, but we felt as though we were bothering her by being there as paying customers. Haven’t tried the watermelon yet that we bought, so I hope it’s good."

"Sent my daughter to pickup tomatoes for canning. We were supposed to get 90 lbs of tomatoes for $90. We did not check the weight and she picked up 3 boxes of tomatoes. I think we got 60 lbs instead of 90 lbs... Verify weight before you leave!!! Not planning to buy from them again. Will go to Miller Farms in Tabor City next time!!!"

"Great produce stand in Whiteville. First impressions are great. Beautifully decorated in all they have to offer. I purchased my summer veggies for canning this year. I am very pleased with everything that I got. The peas are wonderful and so are my pickles. The tomatoes are delicious also. Can't say anything bad, it is a wonderful place. Glad it came to Whiteville and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Highly recommend!"
