"Stopped in for the first time for cleaning and investigation of cold/hot sensitivity on a molar. Everyone was polite and helpful. Options were given on what to do with the molar while recommending the least expensive option of removing it which I took. The molar was very hard to remove but the Doc patiently proceeded, regularly checking for pain management until it finally came out. Especially liked how everything was explained as he went. We plan to use them as our regular dentist from now on."

"The dental hygienist was excellent. She was gentle and had a reassuring manner. Check in was fine. Was initially told there would be no cost to me for my X-rays; that wasn’t the case. Also when the appointment was made we were not told the initial appointment would be for 90 minutes. However they worked with us to get my husband out in an hour so he could make another appointment close by. The office was clean and I loved that there were TV’s on the wall so if you have dental anxiety you could focus on a TV show. So far we are pleased."

"I had my first appointment with Sand Oak Dental Care a few months ago and the experience was Excellent. The front staff treated me with the up most respect and friendliness , Thank You. Kerry was great getting me checked in and making me feel welcomed. My hygienist Jason was excellent making sure I was ok throughout my teeth cleaning process. Today I had a follow up with Dr. Kroepel and his assistant Susan and they were hands down the best! The best Dentist I have ever had. My all around experience has been exceptional and will continue to return and make this my routine dentist office! The Manager Courtney was so professional and friendly greeting me as I checked in also and made me feel welcomed, also making sure my visit went well as I checked out on both visits. Excellent staff and facility!"

"This office has state of the art dental equipment and the most wonderful dental professionals. The front desk care was very courteous and attentive. I liked their timely reminders by phone and text of my upcoming appointment. And I really loved their hygienist. Very friendly, very gentle. I was really happy with outcome of her cleaning as my the most stubborn coffee and wine stains just disappeared. Amazing! And who doesn’t like goody bags, especially with things that you will surely use. Excellent in every way!"
