"Not a critique of the salon but the website to book. It is NOT an appointment. Had booked for 10:15am and was informed nothing was available until after 11:30am and online was just like a waitlist. The site does indicate a small wait but refers to the booking as a firm appointment. I’m sure the work here is good but it is not a quick in and out/trim friendly location"
