"Made an appointment to have a haircut with Jennifer. Ruth, who answered the phone and made the appointment, was super nice and friendly. The stylist, Jennifer, was just ok. The aircut I received took her all of 7 minutes to complete, from start to finish. The haircut left a lot to be desired. There was no attention to detail, no close trimming on the neck or around the ears. In thinking of the haircut I received, I'm thinking this is not the place to get a men's haircut unless one is getting a style where a blow dryer is required each morning after the shower. For my next haircut, I'll seek out an establishment that knows how to cut an older man's hair who wants it cut relatively short."

"So I came to this place a lot to get my hair highlighted by Bianca and she always does a great job. I was getting my hair highlighted for graduation and I asked for Bianca but they told me she doesn’t work the day for my appointment so they recommended me JC. At first it was decent but she had missed this big spot. So I had went back the next day and told her. She said she could fix it so I explain to her what the problem was and she didn’t at all understand and had made my hair orange in the front spot of my head it was a disaster. JC’s attitude was seriously rude she didn’t seem to care and only seemed in it for the money I highly don’t recommend her !"

"After great clips messed up my hair. Bianca from kozo was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did just that. She listened to me and was completely understanding and took her time! She is a amazing hairstylist and made me feel at home. They couldn't have better staff!"
