"My wife and I both love the Dentist the Hygienist, but their front office either doesn’t know what they are doing or they do not care about their patients. Twice we have been turned away for dental care because 1. they canceled the appointment without contacting us and 2. it was scheduled wrong in their system. We get the reminder in our text messages, but get to the office 20 minutes early as requested and they tell us that the appointment is for cleaning. We tell them No, it is for crown preparation, cleaning was done 3 months ago. The answer back is we are sorry we can’t do this today. You have an appointment in April, we will do it then. It has taken them three months to turn an insurance authorization in to United Concordia for an extremely problematic tooth. And it is still not turned in as I write this. By their own admission they never submitted anything to the Insurance Co. Either the dentist does not communicate with the front office or someone drops the ball and it is obvious there is no follow-up. The website for CommWell Health Penderlea talks of quality healthcare, but from our perspective and real life experience both quality and healthcare is nonexistent."
