"Second visit for fender bender repairs in the past couple years and both times I have been satisfied with the work done. They representative makes sure they communicate directly with the insurance provider for you and nonpayment until repairs are complete. They communicate via text about progress and were very helpful with any questions. Once they were complete - they do a walk around on the vehicle to make sure everything is working well.
