"I have been going to Discount Tire on and off for 25 years. I went to this location last week to handle a warranty claim for Michelin tires even though the tires were purchased at Mavis Tire. Mavis could not handle the warranty claim so Michelin suggested I go to Discount Tire. After arriving, the managers on duty handled the warranty claim in house and installed two identical Michelin Tires within 1 hour! They had 7 technicians working to take care of the customers quickly. Everybody in the store had a great positive attitude! I will never go anywhere else for tires except this store!"

"They dropped my custom wheel and scratched it. The techs are not watching what they're doing. Definitely not going back. I recommend going elsewhere. If you have custom wheels, they will handle your wheels with no care. They also put my wheel weights not on the inside of the wheel like real tire shops but on the outside where they're out in the open and seen. They didn't clean the spot where the old wheel weights went, nor did they clean the area where the new ones went, so when I left, the wheel weights came off while I was driving down the road. So I had to come back again to get them to re-install. Absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever. I spent the entire work day at Discount Tire. Again, I would definitely choose another shop if you care about your ride seriously."

"Arrived early and was promptly greater and assisted. Kevin at the Indianland location was very helpful and very friendly. Four new tires in and out in less than 30 minutes. Of course I was one of the 1st people there at opening. Everyone I came in contact with was very courteous. I highly recommend this location based on the quality of service I received today."

"Discount Tires located in Indian Land next to the Walmart is a great tire shop! Quick and professional service. Inexpensive prices for expensive tires here. They can get most anything within a day, 2 tops. Suggest making an appointment- and they keep on time too for them. Austin was a great service guy!! Highly recommended. Tires only, no brakes etc but they are “the source” for them all over the Charlotte NC/SC area."
