"Dropped car off late morning. Had it by early afternoon. Had some thermostat issues along with other things. Check engine light on. Matt and Eddie were professional, prompt and explained everything clearly. Was also updated on progress of the job via their texting app. Very pleased. They even handled the warranty paperwork to get some of the job covered. 5-Star all around! Thx guys"

"I would give ZERO stars if possible. STAY AWAY!!! Long story short, I took my car in to have the headlight replaced... after 2 wasted visits and $340, my car still needs new headlight, but now needs new battery and have blind spot sensor system error. Their response is "you need to prove something we did caused the issues""

"I would be very cautious about using this mechanic service for anything other than an oil change. I had a check engine light issue and their diagnostics indicated low compression on #3 cylinder, their recommendation was replace the engine. I ended up taking my Audi Q5 to a Import specialist and they indicated the issue was a bad fuel injector. They were able to take care of the repair in short order. They also told me that previous work done by Woodies wasn't done correctly and they had to do it over. They talk about their quality of service and their ASE certified mechanics and their belief in Customer Service and treating you like family. That was not my experience."

"Had to get my oil changed. Been here before in the past for a starter change, and i know that Woodies does an amazing job. They offer transportation while your car is being worked on, they have a small hangout in the back of the shop while you're waiting. I would go here more often, but the fixes are so quality, I don't need to go back except for regular maintenance. Cheap, fast, and high quality all around."

"Very convenient and The staff is informative. You do have to drop off your car but they will shuttle you within a certain radius. Pricing is very reasonable especially compared to the competition. I think I found my new place to get my oil changes and what not done"
