Aside from that, they were super nice, super helpful, new exactly what they were talking about and even had experienced suggestions to make. If you have to go here I would make it a day trip and at least do something in the mall or grab some food while you're out there!"

"Having outgrown my old suits, I ordered a new suit from a different company, but it unfortunately won't be finished on time for my event. So, I turned to the Black Tux for a simple navy suit rental. The suit arrived on time through the mail to my home. After opening the box I was greatly disappointed. The suit fabric was shockingly thin. If you held the seat of the pants up to the light you could see through it. The jacket was scratchy, worn and wrinkled. I tried on the suit and the fit was astoundingly bad. The shoulders were too wide, the jacket overly large, the arms too long, the pants baggy. It was like wearing an oversized, worn-out suit you found at a thrift store. Seeing what had been sent I had zero faith in The Black Tux's ability to provide a suitable replacement, so I called them to return the items and issue a refund. The support team was helpful. First they told me I would only receive store credit. After informing them that there was no possibility I would ever shop at The Black Tux again, they told me they could refund the order, but I would have to pay $40 in shipping. I let them know that was an unreasonable amount for shipping, and they decided to fully refund my order. I will be shipping the suit and jacket back to them, and hopefully this is the last time I encounter The Black Tux. The shipping was on time, the support staff was helpful, but with the items that The Black Tux is sending to customers, I am frankly surprised that they remain in business. I am now in a time crunch to find a suit for the event, but whatever I end up with, at least it won't be The Black Tux."
