"This place had a very cool vibe inside and the worker was really nice, but was disappointed to learn this location no longer serves hot tea or drinks. The worker told me they’ve turned into more of a “dispensary” and acknowledged that the signs outside are pretty misleading. If I had known that, I wouldn’t have driven across town to this location for hot tea. Was hoping to find a place to drink some hot tea, relax, read, and do some work. I recommend management update their google listing and information to make it more obvious that this is no longer a tea/coffee cafe. That being said, if you are looking for a cool little dispensary with hemp/D8/Kratom, this place seemed pretty cool, but I feel a bit mislead by the google listing/advertising. Edit: I genuinely appreciate the response of ownership/management below. I have added a star to my review to improve rating but have not edited the original review. Please delete the pictures of the tea and coffee menus that are on the google listing, that is what primarily led me to believe this location was still serving those items."

"One of the most comfortable places to get coffee and tea in the area, even by Carrboro’s high standards, owned and operated by an “ex-hippy” with a spiritual vibe. Good access to free Carrboro WiFi, plenty of outlets and comfy chairs, and serving up Kratom and Kava at fair prices (even edibles). Also has pastries and some food options; vegan options included. Can’t recommend it higher."
