"Specifically, there is one cashier that is very unpleasant to deal with. He has longer hair. The prices are steep on a lot of items. My biggest issue recently is that they were offering a BOGO 50% off on puzzles. I bought six and didn't think much about it until I got home and looked at the receipt. The discount showed under the price, but when I did the math, it only came out to be 20% off. I'm not sure why it's always something with this store, but it keeps me from stopping in more often."

"This was my first time at 2nd & Charles. The store is very spacious. They have a lot of inventory. They have both new and used books. And, they buy books as well, offering cash or store credit. There is a free bin as well. The clearance shelf for used books almost takes up the whole back wall. The books are decently organized. But even if you can't find what you are looking for, the staff are very helpful and will go above and beyond to try and find it. They also sell novelty items, games, video games, music, and instruments. It's worth a visit."

"For games, dvds, traditional books you can find decent prices. For manga there us a very limited used selection. It is mainly new at msrp. Pros: - Location and parking - Selection - staff - cleanliness Cons: - not really a used store for manga (most manga is brand new) - Price ( alot of things are msrp) - organization (hard to find what you are looking for alphabetical, saw myself just looking at everything within the genre I wanted)"

"This is a great used media and entertainment store. Everything is well organized and displayed. The movies are alphabetically arranged and vertically aligned making it easy to find titles. There is also music, comics, mangas, and books. There are also toys and souvenirs located throughout the store. Really a great place that is worth a visit."
