"Update: 10/10/ 22 Situation still not resolved. Nothing back from Corporate office. When I called the store to get the district manager's name and the number for corporate office he answered and refused to give me the info. Argued with me about why I wanted the information, what transpired and called me a racist. and told me to get the information from the internet and hung up on me. I called back and he was screaming in the background that I am no longer welcome in the store while the African American gentleman tried to explain their position. An associate at another store confirmed that he (white guy) is the district manager. I will continue efforts to contact corporate office until this issue is resolved. Initial post. 10/7/22 Everytime I visit this store and have to deal with the bald white gentleman he never fails to insult me. Today he accused me of using counterfeit bills and proceeded to check my bills with a pen while lecturing me about his life working in bars and dealing with counterfeiters. It's just to much. I stopped going in the store for a long time because I didn't like the way he spoke to me. Today was too much. I'll never spend another penny in any of your stores. Just because people visit discount stores it doesn't mean they are less than respectable people. The worst thing you can insinuate to a person who works multiple jobs is that they are a thief or are dishonest. He's done it several times. Your chain will never ever get another dime of my money. The heavyset African American gentleman who was also there is always kind and courteous."
