"I was greeted by a manager, Marcus, as soon as I got out of my car. He has a great customer service skill. Although there is no appointment, the wait line moves fast. The oil change took about 20 min. and I left with 5 stars satisfaction."

"Jiffy lube is a great place to take care of your regular car maintenance. They're fast and friendly, and they do a great job at an affordable price. If you need a state inspection, you may want to call ahead on weekends, most locations don't always have someone on hand for that."

"Got here at 8:45 for a state inspection. There was one car already in the bay ahead of me. They told me it would be about 45 minutes. 2 hours later and I'm still here waiting. Watching them bring cars into the bay after mine and finish before mine. Thought this would be a quick and easy stop to grab an inspection because that's kind of their slogan...won't be coming back here ever again. How could it possibly take 2 hours to do one inspection on a car that has no issues? Can only imagine how long it would take to get an oil change."

"I've been to 2 different Jiffy Lubes in Cary in December and have observed that staff at both treat every customer as if they were the only customer there. They ask questions about what they see on the vehicle to help customers maintain their vehicles. The service is fast and I went to both without an appointment and got out pretty quick so definitely appreciate the folks at Walnut St and Kildaire Farms auto shops."

"Did an excellent job on performing my Synthetic Blend service. From the moment I pulled up the gentlemen helping me were kind, opened the door for me, and otherwise made nice and welcoming small chat while I got seated. I believe the new manager was my customer service advisor that day, and he did an excellent job explaining what was recommended for my vehicle and detailing what I will need in the future. Whoever vacuumed and did my windows on the vehicle also did a great job. This will definitely be my new regular location."
