"I’m in the process of trying to wrangle out a full refund from a tentative appointment. It was not carved in stone and I initially put my credit card information in before we began negotiating on the type of vehicle I needed. They went ahead and charged my credit card yesterday without finalizing the information, now they don’t want to give me back my full refund. My plans have changed and I won’t need them any longer. Very bad company to deal with please do not use them at all under any circumstances. There was never an opportunity for me to speak with the owner and I was never informed verbally or written that they had secured a driver. I was left hanging after informing them of the quantity of my luggage until yesterday when they charged my credit card without my permission."
