"I set up an appointment to have a facial, which would have been my first time at this location, and had to cancel the appointment due to a migraine. My husband called and let them know for me, and that I would call back at a later date to reschedule. They charged my card I had on file even after they were notified I would need to reschedule. I ended up having to go to my bank and cancel my debit card, get a new card, and change all of my auto draft things. It was a headache to say the least!!!! The person I spoke to about this just kept saying “I will have to speak to the owner, and denied my husband called to cancel the appointment for me ( even though it was clearly on his call log) needless to say I have not rescheduled and do not intend too, I have found a great esthetician that’s actually closer to me. I would not recommend this place not due to actual services but this incident."

"My wife who was 6 months pregnant and I received one of the best massages we have ever had from Olivia and Tonya. We were on our 1 year/ baby moon get away and my wife booked our massages here at the Crystal Valley Day Spa! We have gone for massages many times before, but these massages were wonderful. Olivia was gentle but precise with my wife since she was getting a prenatal massage. She even showed me some spots to massage my wife when we are home to help with her pains. Tonya knows exactly what she is doing for people that work out/ play sports. She’s great at muscle activation massaging, meaning she gets in deep and also ask for permission to move your limbs in different ways to help get into certain areas. "This spa is a hidden gem! Tucked away just off Hwy 25, exit to Hwy 11 and turn right. It’s in the offices of eleven building. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. You can get hair services, nails, facials and massages. The owner Laura keeps the biz running smoothly."
