"Was traveling through TR and needed to get my nails done so I stopped in and honestly wish that I didn’t. I have been to a lot of nail salons and never had this bad of an experience. They were fairly busy, and made it known by how quickly they rushed through my manicure and pedicure and definitely did not do it with care or customer service. Also, apparently in order to get a soak and for them to do anything with your cuticles you have to specify that AND pay extra - I said “I’d like a gel pedicure” and everywhere else I’ve been that has included the basic level of services. Nope, not here - that means only polish on your nails. Just be VERY CLEAR about what you want, and don’t expect to be cared for well."
"PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I came in to get my nails done on Friday of last week. My daughter got her nails painted and I got the dip. The older lady changed the polish of my daughter without asking and painted all her nails a different color than she chose. This really bothered us but we said nothing. Then as I am in the middle of getting my nails done, I am asked to pay. I asked for them to wait for my nails to be done as I am in the middle of them and they are wet. However, the odor lady Refused and told me I needed to pay now this is a very rude practice considering you had not finished my nails. Then as we continue with my nails, she puts it in front of me and tells me to sign now again as I am getting my nails done. Again, I said once my nails are done, I will fill it out. they talk back-and-forth and then rudely tell me no pay now I let her know that she was extremely rude and and signed the paper. I was already upset about my experience and these couple of areas as customer service should be your top priority since we are the reason that the business is open to begin with because we are you’re paying customers also within one day of getting my nails done they began to crack. All of my nails are cracked and some are peeling. Not even a week later and dip is supposed to be a strong polish. I do not do a difficult job. I work in an office and work for a children’s Christian school. This should not happen especially for the cost. Also, some of my nails were not squared off. I would like to come in and get my nails redone. As well as have a better experience. Update: I went in on Friday to get my nails re-done as they asked (the email they responded with wasn’t apologetic at all for the poor customer service and nails) and there were zero customers inside. 3 ladies that worked there were in massage chairs and once I came in they began laughing and whispering and staring…it was very awkward. I waiting about 5/6 minutes for someone to finally come out (idk if she was the owner) she didn’t speak she just started doing my nails. She began to only drill off a small layer of dip in which I asked if she was going to remove all of the dip as all of my nails were cracked. She said fix it and that was all she said. Her fixing it was to only take off a light layer of dip and paint clear gel over top and cure. She then rubbed a little oil and rubbed my fingers and said leave now. I said thank you and left with all of my nails still cracked and now they are foggy, bubbling, and still peeling. Please do yourself a favor and do not go to this salon. This type of service is becoming the normal for a lot of the typical asian owned nail salons and quite frankly it’s no longer a relaxing luxury it’s become a waste of money and extremely uncomfortable."
