"Sunday visit 66 min wait online. I got there and was told 20 min approx. My name was number 1 and young man asked me if I would wait for female stylist. And he took a father and son to cut their hair. Next stylist was done and swept her station then proceeded to back of salon. The only stylist left was an older lady who finished her client. Swept her station, rummaged in her purse then picked up garbage can and walked to back of salon. I stood up and told young man I was leaving since no one was interested in me and I would go to hendersonville store tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN. My time is just as valuable as their's"
