"Ceasar is incredible !! He did everything I was hoping for and more. He rescued my hair from a dime store home coloring and dry thinning hair. I wasn't sure at first when he explained to me the direction he wanted to go for color, but he was spot on. His shop is in the back of this 1800 hundreds Victorian he is restoring. The house is amazing and his salon is so tastefully done. I can totally recommend him to anyone wanting the very best for their hair. "BEST HAIRCUT IN HENDERSONVILLE AND ASHEVILLE!!!!! I was going to a salon in Asheville but my husband needed to find a good stylist. I googled best men's haircut in Asheville or Hendersonville and Cesar's name popped up so I made an appointment. When my husband walked out I could not believe how great he looked...it was not only the best haircut in Asheville or Hendersonville, it was the best haircut he ever had. It was so good that I made an appointment for myself. Ditto....when Cesar was through my hair was the best it has ever looked and I am very critical and I was always looking for someone who could do what it was I was asking for.
