"Really missing Dr West. The hygienist Tammy is the best! But just because I do not want to remove my upper denture for Dr. Jo to take a look, she does not want to see me again. She couldn't in good conscience treat me... but her conscience has no problem turning me away. I have a cleft palate and a small hole in the roof of my mouth. Removing and putting my denture back in is not as simple as with a normal mouth. I have to use a large amount of adhesive and have to put in a patch over the hole prior to putting in the denture. Lot of time is spent removing the excess adhesive from my gums and palate. Anyway... I go to a dentist to have my teeth cleaned and repaired as needed. I go to my prosthodontist for my denture care. For 14 years I have had no issue with this. Now with Dr Jo... it's an issue. I guess she does not really care about my teeth. Offered to sign a waver to release her from any issue with my upper jaw but she did not accept. Now I have to find another dentist. Thanks Dr Jo for ruining my life..."

I recently had to have a broken tooth fixed, as well as, a filling, and she made me feel very comfortable. She also explains everything as she goes. She went above and beyond to make sure my tooth was fixed the right way! The rest of the staff are wonderful too. I will always recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist."
