H&R Block

"I’ve been waiting 4 months for my refund. Even after I did all that IRS asked for verification of docs, video confirmed interview with IRS . Now staff in Blairsville called me saying they didn’t know they had to add 3 more steps from the office. Really they HR block didn’t know, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service. The staff keeps blaming IRS without them taking any responsibility. Good Luck if you do your taxes here and expensive as heck. If you are expecting a refund good luck! Don’t recommend it! If I could give a negative 100 stars I would."
